Brand NEW and factory SEALED (within clear film ‘shrink-wrap’).  Stylishly presented Blu-ray.  Digital HD Ultraviolet code appears to have expired, however I successfully downloaded it for another movie that had the same date shown, so it should be fine (although I can't guarantee this).
