Contax G System, Carl Zeiss Sonnar 90mm F2.8 Lens. Stock No u9567

Classic, quality Zeiss lens for Contax G1, G2 cameras. The lens is in full working order, is clean both cosmetically and optically and showing barely any signs of being used and is complete with both original caps. The lens works correctly but may have had an optical clean in the past and the front part of the barrel has been rotated, this does not affect its function but the aperture marker does not line up with the actual aperture being used. picture number 4 is with the aperture closed right down ( way pass the number scale in the image ) and the last photo shows the lens opened right up to F2.8 but clearly shows F11 in the image....however this does not affect it on the camera and is purely cosmetic. Nice lens with a silly little issue that will not upset a user but may offend a collector and is one that could be easily remedied with the correct tools. Serial numbered 7915667.
