  • Also known as the Bhut Jolokia or the Naga Jolokia, this chili pepper originates in India and is part of the regional cuisine where they are used in Indian chile sauces and stews.
  • Have a long lasting AMAZING hot flavor.
  • Widely used as a main ingredient in hot sauces, salsa, and spicy foods.

  Carolina Reaper

  • In 2013, the Carolina Reaper was confirmed to be the hottest chili pepper in the world coming in at ~1,400,000–2.200,000 on the Scoville scale.
  • Developed in South Carolina by Ed Currie, owner and operator of the PuckerButt Pepper Company.
  • Was originally named the "HP22B".
  • They are CRAZY HOT with cherry undertones and a hint of citrus flavor.
  • Use this pepper sparingly to add flavor and heat to all your favorite foods.

RE-HYDRATE THE PODS FOR ADDITIONAL USES by placing them in a bowl and cover with a 1/2" of boiling water and soak for 15 minutes.
