HOW TO USE:

1 - Paint nails one coat, let dry.

 
2 - Paint nails another coat, but wait for it to almost dry.

This part is tough because you don't want to wait too little or too long, just until it's tacky and still sticky.

 
3 - Using nail foil lightly tap against the sticky nail. Try to get small pieces to stick if you want to achieve the same "meteorite" look. Keep pressing to nail until desired effect is achieved.

4 - Seal everything in with a super shiny topcoat. I actually used two coats to get it to show off the foil better.
