Found at a NJ estate sale is this white plastic pocket protector to keep pen ink from staining a shirt.  Clearly, it was intended for the manager of a Kiddie City toy store.  I'm not sure what states the Kiddie City chain could be found in, but it was certainly an institution in the Philadelphia area during the 1960's through the 1980's.  The stores went out of business sometime in the 1990's.  Therefore, this pocket protector has to be over 25 years old, possibly even 40 or 50 years old.

The overall condition on this is good to very good.  There are no splits in the plastic and I don't see any evidence of ink staining on the inside, so I don't believe it was actually used.  That said, there are several faint blue lines on the back of the protector that could have been caused by a pen or perhaps carbon paper.  On the front, there's a small, faint blue dot to the left of the word "Management" and the orange printing on the "d's" in "Kiddie" have bled or smeared a bit.  It still displays nicely.  Note:  My photos make it look misshapen but the sides are straight and true.

I had several of these from the same source.  This is the last one.
