Features

Woofers: The curvilinear injection-molded polygraphite woofer cones provide smooth, extended low frequency response. Each woofer uses a foam surround.

Blackened Metal Parts and Kapton Voice Coil Formers: The blackened metal parts and Kapton voice coil formers in the woofers provide exceptional thermal power handling capability.

Tweeters: Each speaker uses a 1" Kaladex (polyethylene naphthalate-PEN film) semi-dome tweeter for crisp, clear highs. Kaladex is a polymer film that is rugged and resistant to environmental extremes.

Directional Sound Lens: Each tweeter is covered by a plastic grille with angled fins. The tweeter may be turned up to 355 degrees for optimum imaging and in-car frequency response. Note: The tweeter is not made to turn 360 degrees. If the tweeter is turned 360 degrees or more, it will be damaged.

Felt Damping Plugs: There is a felt damping plug behind each tweeter diaphragm for enhanced transient response.

Ferro-Fluid Cooled Tweeter Voice Coils: Each tweeter voice coil is fluid cooled for greater durability.
