If you are sending your artwork to us a vector image i.e. EPS, AI etc then we can cut around the artwork to shape. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CDR files. However if your artwork is a bitmap for example a JPEG then we can only cut a circle, square or rectangle around the image and NOT to the shape of the artwork itself.
The artwork has to be sent as a single image on its own and not laid up or nested.
We only print what you provide. Therefore if you do not specify what size you require the artwork will be printed to fill the sheet!!
AFTER PURCHASING PLEASE SEND YOUR ARTWORK TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LISTING PAGE UNDER CONTACT DETAILS and quote your EBAY USER ID and the shape you would like cutting. It is most important we receive your EBAY USER ID so we can tie the order up!!
Please allow 3mm bleed around all edges so that there will be no white edges shown once the image has been contour/kiss cut.
NOTE: We cannot accept any returns if no bleed has been provided and white edges will therefore be visible.
We only use genuine Roland inks so that colours are matched accurately to the relevant WHITE media. We do not print onto clear vinyl as it requires a white base coat of ink which would incur considerable cost! All artwork supplied is printed on 7 year grade Digital Vinyl. These stickers will last outside perfectly fine however if they are going to have cleaning products/polishes sprayed on them obviously they will be affected by the harsh solvents. We cannot be held responsible for misuse!
All stickers are cut down to size of an A4 sheet for ease of postage and will be sent by Royal Mail in an A4 envelope unless the stickers are larger than A4 whereupon they will be sent in a tube by Royal Mail.
