RETURNS - I offer free returns as mentioned in my return policy when I've made a mistake (sent the wrong item, the item is broken, etc.), which has caused the reason for return. When the buyer has requested a return for an item due to his/her mistake (ordered too many, did not verify proper fitment with a dealership prior to his/her purchase and ordered incorrect item, simply changed his/her mind, etc.) I will deduct the both the original and return shipping charges from your refund, even though the listing shows I offer free returns. Again, free returns are only free when I've made the mistake that's caused the reason for return.
