(Internal #CFA20-6) Excellent, new, hand stained natural pine resin, hand-molded (-duced from the original shell cameo) of an AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN cameo, an OFF-WHITE color resin with BLACK background; mounted on - - Oval floral leaf, filigree, rectangular frame brass, finally on a BRASS FRAME with BLACK felt backing.

Frame is perfect on a desk, credenza or shelf as a display, there is also a ring on the back to hang on a wall.

Cameo itself is 1-1/2" long x 1-1/4" wide.

Superb detail down to the texture of her hair, and face! I know because I do half the work in creating the cameos. Comes with information card.

The theme of African-American women in cameos is RARE, there is mention of this in the book "Cameos Old & New (2nd Edition) by Anna M. Miller, G.G. (I recommend the book for anyone collecting cameos).
