We take care to photograph our second hand books thoroughly and describe them as accurately as we can in our listings. What you see is what you will get. If a book is new, we promise that it’s in mint condition.

Payment

If you require more than one calendar week to pay for your item, or you change your mind about your purchase, please send us a message to let us know.

Pick up

Local pick up is available from Albion 3020 which is a 20-25 minute drive west of Melbourne CBD. Cash payment can be made at the time of pick up.

Post

We pride ourselves on quick postage and can usually post your purchase within 24 hours, however occasionally it will take us one full business day.

Click and Collect

Click and collect orders must be paid in advance by PayPal or direct deposit. The pick up point cannot take payments, they are a holding place only.

Special notes when ordering free post with standard delivery

Please note that if you are ordering an item with free standard delivery you must provide a street or PO Box address. Australia Post cannot deliver standard delivery items to parcel lockers. If you would like it sent to a parcel locker address please select express post in the checkout. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Australia Post give a timeline of up to six business days for standard delivery items to arrive after posting. Occasionally they take longer than this. Please let us know if your book does not arrive in good time.
