Builds one building. Can be built as one connected building or one main building and a stand along office?

Foot print for both building is 7.5 by 8.25 or main building is 7.5 by 4.75. The stand alone office would be 1.75 by 2.75 inches.

Kit includes laser cut pre-colored slate roofing, loading dock and stairs.  Loading dock can be on either side as can the addition

can be placed as you like.

 Building is a model of one that  was in Cobleskill NY across the tracks from Cobleskill Coal. Was built in 1866 and was in use

until a fire took it down in around 1960.
