This wonderful, scarce, first edition book is an excellent compilation of Texas Confederate commands and field officers and provides a listing of all the Texas batteries, battalions, and regiments of artillery, infantry, cavalry, and legions with details on the units commanders, muster, organization, and other information of Confederate service.
This first edition, antique pamphlet is in excellent overall condition, but has some staining the the spine as shown. The book is clean and tight. The exterior wrap has no writing or edge wear. The interior is clean and the pages are in excellent condition with no writing, foxing, or stamps. There isn’t a mark in the booklet. It has a touch of rusting at the location of the staples. Overall this is a wonderful, first edition reference to Confederate, Texas units, commanders and field officers.
