No other marks on the piece other then the plaque on the front
Wonderful piece that I suspect is the top of a clock
However i see no evidence on the wooden base
It would certainly make a great piece in an area with this vintage style clocks

I would say this piece is easily mid 1800's
You will see some splits in the metal in 2 spots. Mostly you can not see unless you turn the piece.
There is no movement to any of the pieces and it is possible the splits are from the making. They are filled and only by the zooming can you truly see the areas in question.
