Amphenol PT08E10-6PW-SR
6-pin plug with environmental resistant gasket, right-angle strain-relief, and rotated 'W' insert:
These parts are used: main photo is representative.

All parts show weathering but no degradation of integrity/functionality. The "designed for extreme exposure" manufacturer's claim holds true: despite external weathering, the gold-plated contacts remain clean and shiny (see photo). The same holds true for the solder contacts on the back -- the "environmental resistant" gasket compresses around the wires and solder pins to exclude water. Thus, the connectivity reliability of these connectors is as good as new.

Use these two ways:
  1. Quickly remove the back-shell for just the right-angle strain-relief and "environmental gasket". Have a PT06 but need a right-angle back-shell? This is your most economical solution.
  2. Unsolder the six wires to create a functionally-like-new connector for a fraction of the cost of a new connector.
The Amphenol "PT" and Cannon KPT/KPTC lines comply with the "MIL-DTL-26482 series I" standard and are fully intermateable with these mil-spec parts, including the MS311x line. These connectors are extensively used on military equipment, including aircraft, and are designed for "extreme exposure".

Cannon "KPT08F10-6PW" and "KPTC08F10-6PW" are
PT08E10-6PW-SR equivalents

Cannon "KPT08E10-6PW" and "KPTC08E10-6PW" are the same rt-angle connector without back-shell, Environmental Resistant gasket, and strain-relief.
