Available is this vintage 1990s Pratt & Whitney United Technologies Corporation promotional picture.  The front has an image of a launch of the Atlantis Space Shuttle, most likely from the early 1990s.  Pratt & Whitney built the fuel pumps that powered the main engines.  The back shows cutaway sections of the two high-pressure turbopumps that pumped liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen to the shuttle's 3 main engines.  This is an authentic corporate issued print from the UTC P&W Government Engines Business.  It is a photographic quality picture printed on heavy card stock paper.  It has small bits of scotch tape at each corner from being hung but does little to detract from the overall display-ability.  It also has a small tape smudge near the left bottom side on the back.  Picture measures 11 inches by 8.5 inches. Perfect for framing and hanging in your office or man-cave.  Pictures will not have the "ebaY" watermark as in the listing version.  All these ephemera items are from Pratt & Whitney for promoting the development and manufacturing of engines for Military Aircraft from the last 40+ years.

I have many different vintage P&W items I will be making available for purchase, patches, metal engine badges, service awards, and many other pieces of memorabilia all accumulated from my father and me through our many years of employment with P&W. Check back to see the newly listed P&W items as I get the time to picture and post them.

All items are guaranteed genuine corporate issued from Pratt & Whitney obtained as employees of P&W.  Most of our accumulated items were not released for the general public, only employees and customers of P&W.  We are both retired and have 67 years of combined dedicated service ranging from years 1958 to 2013.  We both worked in different areas and departments, working mostly government-contracted research and development for military aircraft engines as well as the SSME program (Space Shuttle Main Engine).  Most items were obtained from the West Palm Beach Florida P&W facilities which first began operations in 1958, the year my father started working there and the same year I was born.  A few items are from the P&W Connecticut East Hartford headquarters where I was relocated in 1999 for my continued employment until my retirement in 2013.  My father retired from Florida P&W in 1993 and most of the items are from his employment and subsequent retirement reunions.  He worked several years in the mock-up department as a bench worker and supervisor which afforded him to obtain many unique and rare P&W items.
