Ondex are specialist spinners, designed primarily for fishing near the surface.
Ondex spinners feature a light spring made of thin brass.
They have pretty much embossed a spoon-shaped paddle, which works strongly, and thus "pushes" the spinner to the surface.
The spring is relatively long compared to the size of the paddle, which clearly pushes back the treble hook decorated with tassel made of red yarn. The pallet is then a kind of "device" emitting hydro acoustic wave, while the object of attack - in the case of perch, chub and small trout - is this "red worm".
The tassel is attacked by the grayling and thus Ondex can be used on days when these fish are actively preying near the surface of the water.
