Store Policies

PURCHASES:

·         Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.

·         We only accept payments through PayPal & all major credit cards. We do not accept any type of mail in payment. 

·         We are legally required to collect sales tax of 7% for purchases made in Florida.

U.S.  SHIPPING:

·         We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Item will ship no later than 1 business day from payment cleared. All items will be shipped with tracking number & delivery confirmation.

·         We will only ship to the address as chosen by you at the time of checkout through PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

·         International orders will ship using the eBay Global Shipping Program.

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

·         If customs decides to hold the package for further inspection there will be a delay of delivery. If you have not received your package within 30 calendar days, please email us so we may inquire on your behalf.

RETURN POLICY:

·         If you wish to return your order you may do so within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling (if any). The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1-3 days of us receiving your returned product. 

·         Exchanges: will apply only if we have multiples of the same item.
