Anni Mateo Acetyl hexapeptide-3 solution contains 0.05% Acetyl hexapeptide-3 which is what all skin cream manufacturers refer to as “100%”. When a cream contains 10% acetyl hexapeptide-3, it contains 10% of a 0.05% peptide stock solution.
Acetyl hexapeptide-3 dissolves well in water and does not have a specific odor. Therefore, the solution is clear.
Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is a peptide that inhibits SNARE complex formation and catecholamine release, resulting in the reduction of the degree of existing facial wrinkles and demonstrated effectiveness against their development with regular use. In clinical studies of twice-a-day treatment, the severity of wrinkles around the eyes decreased up to 17% after 15 days and 27% following 30 days of treatment.
This solution can be added to your favourite cream, gel, serum or lotion at 5-10%. For a 5% concentration, add ~2.5 ml (0.5 teaspoon) to 50 ml cream. This is enough for 4 jars of 50 ml cream at a 5% concentration.
