• Please use our eBay checkout to combine and remit payment for item(s) won
• Payment needs to be completed within 5 days after the winning bid, unless time frame is expressly extended by the seller.   After 5 days we reserve the right to relist the item won and buyer will be reported to eBay for non-payment.  We are not responsible for late payments.

Shipping and Handling Policy

• Please refer to shipping and handling page for complete details.  
• Our shipping and handling charges are fixed.  We do not negotiate on the charges at all, no exceptions.
• We offer combine shipping.  Combined shipping discount is only valid for items purchased within 5 days of the first item end auction date.  All items to be combined must be on the same invoice.  You cannot combine shipping with auctions that you have already been checked out or paid.  Items that are individually paid will not receive the shipping discount. So please wait until you are completely done shopping then send us an email to request for a final invoice.
• All U.S. shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First-class mail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days)
• All International shipments are made via United States Postal Service by First-class Air Mail (approx. 7-14 business days)
• All mail transit time is only best estimate, not guarantee.  The delivery time will vary depending on destination.
• Buyer is solely responsible for paying all duties fees charged by the customs department.

 Return Policy

• If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item back to us. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department.
• All return enquiries must be made WITHIN 14 days of receiving the item. Sales are FINAL after 14 days, no exceptions.
• You must obtain a RPN# from our customer service department.
• We will either replace or refund the returned item.  Returned item will be replaced with a new same style item, if the item happens to be out of stock, then we will issue a refund on the returned item. The returned item may not be exchange for a completely different item.
• If the item is lost of when returning back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund or provide an replacement for item.
