Brand new , this pretty tutu has a top skirt that is about 12 inches long, the top skirt is organdy with a black velveteen ribbon hem, the other layers are shorter progressively so it is a graduated tutu. The model is showing it with a leotard that is not included. This tutu looks good with anything that is Wolff Fording's red or anything black. Size small child fits from a very small child to say a girls size medium. 3rdflrfctry17
