PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING: 

*This is a standardized concentration referred to as "100%". Percentages of peptides in any commercial product are always calculated from a stock solution with varied concentrations depending on the peptide. The reason for this is that it wouldn't be possible to weigh or handle so small amounts that are needed directly from powders. Peptides are signal molecules, naturally occurring in our body which works at miniscule levels. This solution cannot be used on its own as it is literally like water.

This solution needs to be shaken/mixed before taking out aliquots as palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 does not dissolve readily in sterile water/vegetable glycerine. However, it will dissolve perfectly in a cream, gel or serum, etc.

Acetyl hexapeptide-3 works through a unique mechanism that relaxes facial tension leading to a reduction in superficial facial lines and wrinkles with regular use. This peptide has been shown to moderate excessive catecholamines release. Anti-age hexapeptide developed with combinatorial chemistry and high throughput screening techniques. It reduces the severity of wrinkles around the eyes, up to 17% after 15 days of treatment and up to 27% after 30 days of treatment. It reduces the depth of wrinkles of the face caused by the contraction of muscles of facial expression, especially in the forehead and around the eyes.

It prevents skin aging induced by repeated facial movements caused by excessive catecholamine release. Argireline can be incorporated in cosmetic formulations such as emulsions, gels, serums, etc. where removal of deep lines or wrinkles in the forehead or around the eyes area is desired. The recommended use level is 3-10% of the solution in order to obtain significant anti-wrinkle activity.

Matrixyl (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4) is the trademark name for Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, one of the powerful peptides found in the latest generation of high-end anti-wrinkle skin care products. Matrixyl works at the DNA level to stimulate the very factors in the skin which we lose as we grow old, collagen and fibronectin. The loss of collagen is what leads to thinning of the skin and the wrinkling that we associate with aging skin. Matrixyl helps to counteract this natural part of the aging process, and immediately initiate the REVERSAL of the signs of aging. Over six months, a clinical trial revealed that Matrixyl temporarily produced “a highly significant reduction in the deep and moderate wrinkles”. In fact, researchers documented changes as high as 68% (Matrixyl® 1999).

In clinical studies, Matrixyl was shown to *Increase overall Collagen synthesis by up to 117%, * Increase Collagen IV synthesis by up to 327%, * Increase Hyaluronic acid synthesis by up to 267%. Deep wrinkles were reduced by half. Smaller wrinkles and fine lines sometimes faded completely away. And what’s even better, every participant in the study showed a noticeable improvement within two weeks. The result was fewer wrinkles and younger-looking skin (2010 WrinkleReview.com).


Please note, this solution needs to be SHAKEN before taking out aliquots. 
 
 
This solution can be added to your favorite cream, gel, serum, or lotion at 3-10%. For a 5% concentration, add ~2.5 ml (0.5 teaspoon) to 50 ml cream. This is enough for 4 jars of 50 ml cream at a 5%) concentration.

Anni Mateo anti-aging Cosmeceuticals uses only the purest anti-aging peptides, dissolved in sterile distilled water and vegetable glycerine, preserved with the least harsh preservative available (phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerine). It is a somewhat cloudy solution.

Ø     The eye cream is gorgeous! So little is needed, it does tingle a little, but actually that's a nice sensation! I could feel 

a slight lifting effect, then just a lovely comfortable nourished feeling.


Now onto the face cream. It's packed to the brim! Smells lovely. More tingling, which is invigorating, 

and them that lovely, almost 'full-up' feeling when you just know you've put enough on your face & neck and any 

more would be a waste! It feels wonderful on the neck. I do have those circle things, but the cream 

seemed to wipe them out, or at least that's how it felt!

So, in my humble opinion? I'll be sticking with your range because I trust it, you very obviouly know what you're doing 

and it feels wonderful on my skin. Another thing, I don't wear much make-up, but my skin feels so good at the moment that 

I can imagine with continued use of such high quality face creams, a person would need even less.
