LONDON

The London is a genuine classic within the BIRKENSTOCK Shoes collection. The construction is the same as for a BIRKENSTOCK sandal. Here, the upper is directly attached to the footbed, with both components securely connected to the outer sole. The London model comprises just three shaft sections and completely dispenses with seams. The cut is based on the classic Boston model, but comes with a closed heel section. The strap above the instep can be individually adjusted using a nickel-free buckle with an embossed BIRKENSTOCK logo. The upper features oiled natural leather with a pull-up effect, which gains a “lived-in” look with wear. The sole is made of hard-wearing EVA with the traditional BIRKENSTOCK bone profile.

THE MATERIAL

THE LOOK

With a completely seamless construction that is directly attached to the footbed – and with a shaft that can be individually adjusted using a leather strap with buckle – the LONDON model boasts natural, rustic look with a closed heel section.

LONDON

Das Modell LONDON ist ein echter Klassiker innerhalb der BIRKENSTOCK Shoes Kollektion. Die Konstruktion ist die gleiche wie bei einer BIRKENSTOCK Sandale. Das Obermaterial ist hier direkt am Fußbett befestigt, wobei beide Komponenten fest mit der Laufsohle verbunden sind. Das Modell LONDON umfasst nur drei Schaftabschnitte und verzichtet komplett auf Nähte. Der Schnitt basiert auf dem klassischen Boston-Modell, kommt aber mit einem geschlossenen Fersenbereich. Der Riemen über dem Rist kann mit einer nickelfreien Schnalle mit geprägtem BIRKENSTOCK-Logo individuell angepasst werden. Das Obermaterial besteht aus geöltem Naturleder mit Pull-Up-Effekt. Die Sohle besteht aus strapazierfähigem EVA mit dem traditionellen BIRKENSTOCK Knochenprofil.

 

DAS AUSSEHEN

Mit einer komplett nahtlosen Konstruktion, die direkt am Fußbett befestigt ist - und mit einem Schaft, der individuell mit einem Lederband mit Schnalle verstellt werden kann - bietet das Modell LONDON eine natürliche, rustikale Optik mit geschlossenem Fersenbereich.
