Hello, up for purchase is a very pretty hat from the 1960's.  It's done in a fuzzy black wool felt material.  It's a pillbox style, but not the tiny short version.  It has a taller silhouette.  The hat is very versatile and you can lift up the extra material and make it taller in stature.  It has a matching black satin band and bow in the front.  The bow in front is accented with a spray of rhinestones.  The circumference of the hat measures 21 1/2 inches.  It's in excellent condition and was made by O'Neil's.
