Very "retro Bettie", these N.Y.L.A. high heeled sandals are a perfect summer shoe for vintage girls. Navy and white striped canvas uppers and red leather insoles. Ankle strap with buckle. 4" heel and 3/4" platform in front. I love the 40s-50s influenced styling and look. These are from the late 90s so probably coincide with the whole swing revival thing which produced a lot of vintage-looking shoes and clothing for a while. These are solid and well-made and should last for a lot longer. You may wish to clean them with soap and water, as a couple of areas on the fabric portions have a touch of soiling and some tiny light brown speckles on the sides from storage. Please examine the pics; you'll see that none of this is excessive. Heel taps and soles are in great shape with very little wear at all. Buckles work fine. Size is 7, true to size lengthwise, and note--they run a little narrow widthwise, so if you have narrower feet you will like these. Wide feet are advised to avoid.
