How to order

  • Select your personalisation requirement from the drop down menus then go to check out and send payment

  • Send a message with text requirements and font preference as well as any images either via eBay messages (Contact seller - 'Add up to 5 photos button') or the E-Mail address listed below in business seller information after clicking 'Complete information' (Please declare your name and eBay ID) Small Clipart icons can be added to text such as hearts, footballs ect please ask.
        Fonts available - Segoe Script, Arial, Times New Roman. If no font is specified by the customer, Arial may be used as default.


Our requirements from you

  • Please upload .jpg file for images

  • Please consider that the quality and clarity of image uploaded will reflect in the finished product so dark or blurred images are not so great for us to work around also its best to keep just one or two subjects in a photo rather than a group photo for example.

  • Please carefully check for spelling mistakes, if we spot any glaring mistakes we will double check with you before engraving however only mistakes made by us will be rectified after engraving. 

Disclaimer

  • Engraved photographs consist of a 'holographic affect' meaning the image will appear clearer and duller depending on the angle of light reflecting from it and is not coloured, we use the best software to maximise the output quality on the product, most backgrounds will be erased to give the best detail to the subject of image, if you would like the background included please state this when requesting your personalisation. we reserve the right to send signed for or tracked delivery wherever we deem appropriate.
