I use the auto calculated method of shipping based on weight and size of each box.

If you have a Post Office BOX number and live out of the continental USA, PERFECT we will just ship priority or first class mail depending on weight, all you do is pay a little more with the auto calculated system. Since it is a P.O. BOX , i dont have to fill out paperwork to get it out of the country :)

Refund will not be provided if the part was damaged during installation or there was a wrong diagnosis (the part is functional but the problem in customer’s car remains). Warranty on electronic devices is void if identifying mark or label is removed or has signs of tampering. Once I receive the part, I will proceed to test it and if I find the part to be defective, I will issue a refund.

However, if my part is found to be operating as designed by the manufacturer, I will share MY results with buyer, a 20% restocking and retesting fee will be assessed and return shipping will not be reimbursed.
