In good condition a lovely gold ring.
Set with two blister pearls, one silver, one white. Also two old cut diamonds and a small turquoise.
The central gold work is curved and asymmetrical.
Both shoulders are patterned in the manner of snakeskin. The two diamonds may represent eyes. An unusual design. The shank is plain and shows no sign of resizing .
None of the stones look to have been reset.
There is a little loss to the nacre on one of the pearls.
Head size 11mm long by 8 mm high.
The ring is tested, not marked. Probably around 1780
Weight 2.04 grams
