The full length of the tap is shown at the beginning of the line, for example:
2.5" (65mm) refers to the full length of the tap.
2.5” (65mm) box wood jar / wine tap, will suit a hole: 10-12mm
3 & 1/4” (82mm) box wood jar / wine tap, will suit a hole: 11mm-13.5mm
4" (101.6mm) non-perforated open tap, suitable for hole diameters 18.5mm - 20.5mm
6" (155mm) non-perforated open tap, suitable for hole diameters 20mm-27mm
7” (175mm) perforated cask tap, suitable for hole diameters 20mm-27mm
7.5” (190mm) non-perforated open tap, suitable for hole diameters 26mm-35mm
8” (200mm) non-perforated open tap, suitable for hole diameters 26mm-37mm
8” (200mm) water butt tap/spigot, suitable for hole diameters 25mm-33mm
10” (254mm) water butt tap/spigot, suitable for hole diameters 35mm-46mm

Without repeated protective treatment such as a wax/oil or sealant applied regularly, taps exposed to water or outside weather will degrade quickly.
Please note: we advise against painting the taps using varnish or stain.
