This is the superior DVD + Digital Download version (there is a redemption expiry date, although it it not specified on the packaging and is unlikely to have passed at time of writing).

It also includes a Limited Edition outer illustrated slipcase, which makes the package look more classy and provides additional protection (most other copies do not have this).

Originally bought from a High Street retailer.  Beware of fake DVDs and used copies which have been resealed.
