If you're sending important mail within Australia, Registered Post prepaid labels give you an added level of security with
tracking and signature on delivery.


 Proof of posting when lodged at an Australia Post retail outlet;

For use when sending important documents or valuable items weighing less than 500g within Australia;

Compensation for loss or damage of up to $100;

A signature obtained on delivery.


Note, Registered Post prepaid labels do not include postage, so you will still require the necessary stamps.

Special Updated Information from Australia Post:

Our domestic Registered Post service is no longer available for parcels and larger items. If you want the same offering as Registered Post for your parcel delivery, simply choose Parcel Post, and then purchase Signature on Delivery and/or Extra Cover as optional extras.

Please note: When purchasing Extra Cover for items valued over $300 you are also required to purchase Signature on Delivery.

quicker and more easily winning bidder please leave your contact number so that we can
contact you if required. Your item will be delivered to the address given unless otherwise
specified. Payment must be made within 7 days after winning the auction.

All amounts are GST inclusive and a Tax Invoice will only be provided upon request.


Returns & Refund Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bandwood within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original
product packaging.

General Returns Policy
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Bandwood strives to make the process a
simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your
product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

Return Period
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within 14 days.

Non-returnable items
Some items are not able to be returned including:
• Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused.

Defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect Items
If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a
credit for you may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% is applicable for this product unless the item is defective.

Missing item or damaged product Fee
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing
item or damaged product fee may be charged. This amount will be dependent on what is damaged or missing.
