This quilt you are considering is 'AMAZING'~! Your basic, 'SHOW STOPPER'~! I reviewed other quilts before I priced Rhoda's 'Americana' blanket. Nothing I saw on-line had this much applique, ALL HAND STITCHED, & with so such creativity in 20 lushes squares~! SIX months Rhoda worked in the evening hand crafting the different images of all the clocks she reviewed, or remembered from her husband's watch work. If you do the math, she worked for $3.72 per hour~! The person who buys this art treasure not only understands her craftsmanship, but it's beauty! It fits on top of a queen size bed (see photo). It measures 5' 7" wide & 7' 2" long, and weighs: 3" 9 ozs. The back is the all white cloth you see under all the clocks, and has a tad bit of stain on the back from probably dragging it around to stitch, but truly, insignificant; the highlight is the cover. It is a 'lighter' weight quilt, so you can use it nearly all year. One might even use it as a wall display, in a hallway, special room, or in a bed & breakfast.
