eBay estimate the delivery based on our previous arrival times for deliveries. This doesn’t put into account orders that have been delayed, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. All our products are dispatched on the same business day where possible. Once in the hands of Australia Post, freight times are outside of our control. For items priced under $15 or labelled standard shipping, your item will be dispatched without tracking.

Australia Post will email or text you progress reports of your delivery, so please make sure your details are up to date when you checkout.

Up to date Address

Please make sure your address details are up to date. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

If your details are incorrect and you would like us to resend you will need to pay for a re-delivery fee. 

Opening Hours

All queries will be answered during our operating hours We operate from: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are closed on all major Victorian Public Holidays.

Not Home

If you are not home Australia Post will leave a card for you to take to your allocated post office and pick up your parcel.

If parcel was not pick up from the Post Office within a certain time frame, parcel will get Return to Sender and you will resposible for a re-delivery fee.

 

We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Our warranty as outlined above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. Warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
