This kit can be used to train all forearm
muscles which can be extremely beneficial,
With all you need to train your fingers
& arms – brought together in our All in One Kit.
We use our fingers every single day,
texting, holding things, carrying things,
eating, opening jars and even picking
our noses to name a few.
Our fingers are one of the most useful
parts of our bodies and we should not
let them fall behind in fitness.
Training grip strength has been proven to help
aid the recovery of carpel tunnel by
strengthening the forearm muscles
preventing deterioration via bone formation.
Some areas that grip strength
is very useful is rock climbing, massage
therapy, piano, gaming and typing
fast, artwork, drawing, writing, opening
jars and general rehabilitation.
If you have injured your biceps or
shoulders you may still be able to train
grip strength while healing. The round
rubber set is perfect for elderly
people that want to keep their fitness
up and stay healthy.
For training strength, I recommend
starting at the easiest one,
closing and holding for 6 seconds per
arm, take a short break,
close for 6 seconds per arm and then
move up to the next difficulty.
For training endurance, find a suitable
difficulty and open and close the
grippers as many times as you can, start
with your weaker arm and do the
same repetitions on your other arm to
maintain a balanced training routine.

The finger extensors are crucial with
any grip training kit if you are aiming for higher
grip strength and bigger forearms, not
only will it train muscles that not many exercises
will hit, but it is necessary to train
your extensors for injury prevention.
If you train over 80% of your
bodyweight, you should train your finger extensors too.
