German Castles allows players to use double-sized tiles during the game rather than placing a regular tile. The tile scores like a cloister but is worth 12 points when completely surrounded!
In addition, if a city or road is completed during the game that connects to a castle tile, 3 additional points are also scored.
The mini expansion is brand new and contains 6 double-sized landscape tiles featuring artwork of some of the most beautiful castles in Germany: Königstein Fortress, Eltz Castle, Konradsheim Castle, Rieneck Castle, Wartburg and Bentheim Castle.
