navigating the nanny Annie online store was relatively easy in comparison to many other baby item sellers. I bought a timber high chair and was pleased that it came with the options of the tray as well as the bar for toddlers, it also came with padding for the seat and back of the chair, many other places I looked didn't include these which is what sold me in the end. The high chair is on the smaller side but still large enough for my toddler, wouldn't be very useful for a smaller baby though. thanks.

I had been looking to purchase a portacot for some time and spent hours reading reviews as it was super important to me to have something that would be as comfortable away as it is at home. Whilst reading reviews I stumbled across the Star Kidz Amico portacot with reviewers advising they purchased from Nanny Annie. I am so please I found them and this portacot. Purchasing was a breeze and it arrived within 2 days! the portacot is so easy to set up (took a maximum of 2 minutes) and it is so lightweight. The mattress is the best I have seen of any portacot and the best part is the price tag, such great value compared to very similar portacots I was considering! I highly recommend Nanny Annie and the Star Kidz Amico portacot.

Great work on craftmanship, and i would say its value for the money too compared to other brands of similar design. I have recently purchased, received and now used a NextGen 9 kayak from Kayaks2Fish. Both the kayak and the seller have proved excellent, I am very happy with both. The kayak performs flawlessly, is stable and easy to paddle. The seat is comfortable and adjustable. I chose the smaller 9ft size to keep it light to load on roof racks, which is a choice I recommend, as the 20kg weight is OK to get up onto the roof even by myself. Kayaks2Fish provided excellent support during and after the purchase. Even though there was the Covid pandemic and expected delays out of China, my kayak arrived exactly on time, unscratched, and delivered to my door in rural NSW. A great product and a great online kayak company.

If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Credit minus postage fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs.
