This hot pink 4 layer organdy tutu is graduated, the top skirt is 10" and the shortest underskirt is 6". The tag says tap skirt but that was because of the design, it is a tutu in my book and a strong hot pink, it would glow under black lights. The catalog shot makes it look washed out, see my photo for a better representation- made by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent.
