ABOUT JISSSAAA

We are a professional hairdressing salon and a hairdressing supplier based in Melbourne. All our items are 100% genuine and brand new.

We do not import from overseas all our stock is brought directly from Australian distributors.

So you can be sure you are getting the genuine product with Australian standards and Australian supplier warranty

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We DO NOT accept Returns due to health and safety regulations unless the product is faulty, or the item is not as states on our description.

For any return that is accepted Buyer is to pay all return postage and any original postage fees & PayPal Fees are not refundable

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Orders cannot be canceled as orders are packed and sent to our holding area for pickup as soon as your order is received, however If the order is canceled for any reason the PayPal Fees will be deducted from your payment as they are not refundable

OUR PACKAGING

We buy and use recycled cardboard, paper, bubble wrap, newspapers etc as much as possible in our shipping packaging to help with our environmental footprint

POSTAGE

Items are sent out next day from receiving cleared payments other than public holidays and Weekends.

We send out our items by Australia Post and all items have tracking so you can keep track of where they are and when they will arrive.

POSTAGE ADDRESS

We Can ONLY send items out to your Registered

eBay address or Registered PayPal address

This is PayPal & eBay policy and we cannot alter this.

So please change your delivery address before buying our items as we cannot change once you have brought the item.

SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED

If you would like us to remove signature and Authorize to leave the parcel without a signature in a safe place you must leave this in a note at checkout when making payment. Only available if the total value of your order is under $100.00

 

COMBINING POSTAGE

When you buy more than one item from us you will receive a discount on postage fees after the first item.

$2-00 to $3-00 off each item postage after the first depending on what the item is and where it is going.

Please wait for us to send you a new total amount to pay (invoice) with combined postage discount as once you have made payment, we cannot discount any postage fees
