SHIPPING (MULTIPLE AUCTIONS):

We definitely combine shipping for multiple auction wins to save you money. Please email us to send you a combined shipping invoice before making your payment. Combined shipping will be based upon weight (actual shipping charges for the combined package rounded to the nearest dollar). We do NOT inflate shipping charges, and we do not add extra fees for boxes, envelopes, packaging, packing popcorn, bubble wrap, gas to the post office—you get the idea. 

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED:

Many of our auctions have immediate paypal payment required. This is simply to avoid non-paying bidders. If you win more than one auction, just let us know you are done shopping, and you will get a REFUND of the difference on combined shipping (no fees will be charged to yo uto get refund).

PACKAGING:

Clothing items will be mailed in a water-proof poly envelope, or the item will be in a ziplock or plastic bag or tissue and then in the envelope or box. This is to ensure the item is safe from any weather, smoke or other penetrating items.  

RETURN POLICY:

If you are unhappy for some reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item. Returns are accepted if we have misrepresented an item(please read FULL description), and a FULL REFUND (minus shipping costs) will be given. No partial refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot honor returns if we are not contacted within 24 hours of item receipt. (We had an experience in sending a NWT item, and 4 days after receiving, the buyer contacted us to claim it wasn’t NWT, removed all tags, wore the item and wanted a full refund. Unfortunately,to avoid this happening again, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery if there is a problem—no exceptions. Thank you.)

NWOT: New without tags and never worn
Like New: Appears new, might have been washed and/or worn once
Excellent Used Condition (EUC): Previously worn with little to no signs of wash wear, no fade
