Some we prefer to sell in-store only for health and safety reasons. Some just aren't suitable to send out by post or carrier and sometimes we just can't keep up with our buyers!
From our small beginnings, we now have over 400 team members and eight stores across Wales in Newtown, Aberystwyth, Shrewsbury, Queensferry, Carmarthen and a garden and country store, Coed-y-Dinas in Welshpool.We have a dedicated team of sales staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience especially in garden machinery and power tools, so help is never far away.

PayPal is the safest, quickest and easiest way to pay. If you don't have a PayPal account just click PAY NOW and still select the PayPal option in the checkout. You will then have the option to either log in to your PayPal account or continue to check out as a PayPal guest and pay using a credit or debit card.
For multiple purchases we are able to provide postage discounts on certain items please send us a message via eBay.
Shipping
- Postage prices on our eBay listings apply to all UK mainland postcodes.
- For courier deliveries outside of this area, please message us for a quote before buying.
- Your order will be sent either by a courier company such as Parcelforce 48 service or by Royal Mail. Most Royal Mail post arrives within 1 to 2 working days but can take longer, so please allow up to 10 working days for all post deliveries.
- Please note that Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly will take longer.
- Heavy or bulky items to the above locations may require an additional delivery charge, identified after the initial purchase. If this is the case, a member of our team will message you through eBay to clarify any extra charges.
- A signature will be required upon delivery for all courier deliveries. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted to let you know they have called. If there is a safe place where the items can be left (e.g. 'round the back' or 'in the garage') please let us know at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee couriers will always adhere to delivery instructions.- Pallet Deliveries
The delivery driver will not be able to carry the goods up or down steps, carry the goods through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside.- 2 Man Delivery Service
Our 2 man delivery courier will deliver your goods to the room of choice (where goods fit to the readily accessible room) on a prearranged day of your choosing (subject to your delivery postcode), please provide a phone number (ideally mobile) so we can arrange a convenient day of delivery (Monday-Friday).
- Please note if a leave safe instruction is given then we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
Returns
Cancellation and Returns Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order please notify us through eBay messages before we have dispatched the goods to you.
- Where goods have already been dispatched please return goods to us using the address which is located on the top right of your delivery note.
- You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- If you return the goods because the product was ordered incorrectly or by mistake then you will pay the postage costs to return the goods.
- Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full product refund of the amount paid.
- The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
- If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return although we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
- Depending on the weight and value of the goods we may ask you to return the goods via Royal Mail, for which we will arrange for you to be able to download a pre-paid label from eBay
- Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit as Charlies Stores will not be liable for any returned goods which are not suitably packaged in order to prevent damage in transit or missing parts.
- Please ensure all components are returned with the product (i.e. handbooks, fixings) as we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund.
- At your request, we can replace or exchange faulty products if a refund is not preferred subject to availability.
- We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
Items Received Damaged
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that appears to be damaged, please sign for the item as 'damaged' and inform us through eBay messaging. In order for damages to be investigated with the courier please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
