Shipping

We understand that when you place an order, you want your parcel to arrive as soon as possible, so we strive to aim to meet your expectations.
We will ship our fancy dress products through Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

The more you buy the more you save with combined postage available on two or more items 

The estimated time of delivery is 2-3 days in all UK mainland addresses and a few extra days for other countries depending on your location.

Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Mon. 

Returns

If for any reason you have changed your mind the buyer as the right to return the item within 30 days of delivery the buyer will be required to pay for postage for this reason and the item must be unused, unopened and not damaged or altered in any way and must be in a resalable condition.
The item must be returned before a full refund is given. The best option and the safest option is through eBay has you can print a return slip and is fully tracked, more details how to do this is by clicking on the link below.

Due to the nature of specific products and for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns if they have been worn, these include briefs and thongs. 
If you are unsure of the size that you require, I can help you by emailing me, and I also provide size charts on my descriptions to help you with this.

In the unfortunate event, you find the item damaged; please contact us within three days so we can rectify the situation, please provide photos and a brief description. More details on the links provided.
