Our towels are super soft and extra thick combined cotton for softness, longevity and absorbency.

The more letters in the name the smaller the text will be. Boy or Girl design choose pink or blue accent for Giraffe design

If you would like the giraffes in other colours please email us and we can show you the colours we have

Please make sure you provide the correct spelling for personalised orders as names and details are copy / pasted to ensure there are no spelling errors at our end.

You may request a sample picture of your design emailed to you through for you to check correct spelling before your order goes ahead.

Towel will be delivered wrapped in clear cellophane bag.

The embroidery will be positioned on the towel as per example picture with giraffe design.

We aim to have your order in the post or with our courier within 4 normal working days of ordering, normal office hours are 9-am - 5pm Monday to Friday, order placed on the weekend will mean you'll need to wait till the next working day so please bear this in mind when ordering. During holiday periods this could be up to a week, if you are in a hurry please message us with the date you need your order by.
