Recommendationson Using the Facial Steamer:

Recommended Distance between your face and the nozzle: 20-25cm (oily skin), 30-35cm (dry skin), 25-30cm (neutral or mixed skin), or 35cm (sensitive skin)
Recommended Frequency of use: 2-3 times per week

Please be advised that the item is with ‘HOT STEAM’ function only. It would not contain ‘COLD STEAM’ function.

Please note that you may find some water mark inside the water cup, which is caused by examination of the item after production.

2. Item Defect: 6-Month Warranty

When you discover an item defect or problem after 30 days of original dispatch, don't worry - you are still under the 6-Month Warranty protection of your purchase. Please contact us to describe the conditions in full details, and valid pictures or videos are required to assist with the claim. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Please note damage caused by improper use or accident such as dropping will not be covered under the warranty.

3. 30-Day No Reason Return

We understand sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need, or you simply do not need it any more. If you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 30 calendar days of original order dispatch.
