Laying the shirt down flat as shown in picture measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam it is approximately 16 inches across. Measured from underarm seam to underarm seam it is approximately 16 inches across.  Measured from top of collar to bottom of shirt it is approximately 22 inches long.
