This is a late 1950s vintage brochure, "Vacation Guide - Recreation Facilities of the White Mountains of New Hampshire - Compliments of Polar Caves," measures 3 1/2" x 6 1/4", tri-fold  (3 pages/6 sides), and is undated but late 1950s (the map on the reverse reads in part "Kancamagus Hwy. - Open Late 1959" - see scan # 3). Condition: There is no notable damage.
