The plate measures 26.5cm from the tip of each handle.  Its diameter is 24cm.  The transfer decoration is in lovely condition.  On one of the handles there is a small mark.  There is also an unglazed area the size of a pinhead on the inside rim.  See photographs.  On the base there is what appears to be a small chip, but this is under the glaze so must have happened during manufacture.
