RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with  your jewelry purchase however    should you feel the need to return your item we do  offer you a 30 day money    back return policy. We ask that you return your item in  UNWORN or UNUSED    condition including all paperwork that was included in your  package. We will    inspect your item for damage and/or wear and issue your refund  within 7 days   of  receipt of the item. Items that show visible signs of wear or  damage will   be  subject to a restocking fee depending on the severity of the  wear/damage. 

We include an appraisal for all diamond  engagement ring purchases, this    appraisal is prepared by an independent  appraisal company employing GIA    Graduate Gemologists and whose only business is  the appraising and valuing of    diamond jewelry. Due to the nature of diamond  grading discrepancies may occur    between appraisers depending on their  experience. We welcome our customers to    have their items inspected by  professional appraisers, we suggest using only  a   certified GIA Gemologist for  such an opinion. Appraisals either written  or   spoken from a retail jewelry store  are prone to being biased and cannot  be   accepted as a valid reason for a return.

SHIPPING

WE INCLUDE FEDEX 2ND DAY  SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS $500 AND    OVER! FedEx Overnight shipping is  available for a fee, please    request this shipping option at time of checkout.  All items will be shipped    within two business days of payment receipt unless otherwise specified  by the    purchaser. All packages are shipped FULLY INSURED with DIRECT     SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you are unable to sign for the package at the time    of  delivery FedEx will leave a door tag with instructions on picking up the    package  at the FedEx location, for more information please look up the   policies  on the  FedEx website. 


International orders

Due to the significant possibility of lost or damaged packages when shipping internationally, we strongly suggest insurance on packages with a value above $500. As such shipping and insurance for these items will vary from approximately $35 to $98, depending on shipping method. These will always be discussed with purchaser before shipping.

Situations specific to a given item may arise. Shipping prices given here are final unless specified otherwise in the item descriptions. All shipping is subject to the will of the purchaser. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please let us know and we will oblige.

While we will not charge you shipping, international orders may be subject to customs or duty fees. As the purchaser you are responsible for knowing about and paying these fees.
