No refunds will be made after 120 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. Due to the high cost and time of obtaining certificates we will only submit stamps with a cost of $100.00 or more for an opinion. Should a stamp receive a negative opinion you will receive a full refund for both the price of the stamp and the cost of the certificate. For U.S. stamps, certificates from either the Philatelic Foundation or PSE are accepted. Returns are accepted for incorrect Scott Number identification and mis-described sale condition only - "graded" certificates or "encased" items will not be accepted as reason for return.
