Mintons China Works, Stoke on Trent, England 1868-1918     From his series on early English history, comes this antique tile with transfer design by John Moyr Smith (1839-1912).  Entitled 'Lilla Saving Edwin.'   White and brown - smooth surface.   In very good condition; has some small edge and corner chips.   Measures 6" x 6" x 3/8" thick.
