Vacuum Pump Gasket Kit
A very common oil leak with all R56 Petrol Minis is from the vacuum pump, placed at the front right side of the engine oil leaks from both the main body of the pump and the pumps main seal to the engine. Its a really persistent leak that can be heavy and leaves large amounts of oil beneath the pump on the gearbox, down the front of the engine and onto the exhaust pipe causing an unpleasant odour.
If you have an oil leak from your vacuum pump this is the kit you need to stop that leak! If taken to a garage for repair your mechanic will be forced to replace the pump as these kits are not made by Mini, they require you to replace the whole unit.
BMW Vacuum Pump Part number 11667570813 11667559463 11667556919 the original seals installed can't cope with the high engine temperature and exposure to oil and almost always fail.
Included in this kit is a full detailed fitting instruction, the two upgraded High Quality oil seal gaskets including the front main seal between the pump and engine and the pumps main body seal. Only these two are required to rebuild your 1.6 & 1.4 vacuum pump and stop it from leaking oil.
Please note the 3rd small seal that connects the vacuum pipe isn't included as it has no impact on oil leaks but is available in my other items for a full rebuild kit supplied with instructions.

Other common oil leaks for this model are from the Vanos system, Oil filter housing and oil coolers. Upgraded gaskets for all these issues are found in our other items.
