You are invited to buy an MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries), double-suction-cup Glass Lifter / Gripper / Puller for heavy lifting or suction with each cup about 4 inches in diameter.  I cannot remove the suction if it is attached and sealed with the dual levers but I do not know the rating in pounds or kilograms.

It has been lightly used.
